Your new role: As a Digital Strategy Consultant at Elysium Digital, your responsibilities will include:
Leading strategic consulting engagements: Shape and deliver bespoke digital strategies for federal, state, and private sector clients.Hands-on delivery: Oversee the implementation of digital transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with client business goals and objectives.Client relationship management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior executives, ensuring consistent delivery of value.Proposal and RFQ response development: Engage in business development by contributing to proposals, responding to RFQs, and identifying new client opportunities.Facilitation of workshops: Utilise contemporary techniques to run workshops and collaborative sessions, creating innovative solutions to complex challenges.Methodology development: Help refine and evolve Elysium Digital's proprietary frameworks and methodologies to stay ahead of industry trends.Thought leadership: Stay abreast of the latest digital trends and technologies, sharing insights internally and with clients. Think strategically while also delivering practical, actionable solutions.Lead with a client-centric approach, offering tailored advice that drives business value.Show expertise in design thinking, IT strategy, and digital transformation.Demonstrate strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex problems into simple, strategic recommendations.Bring emotional intelligence, judgement and communication skills that enable you to build and maintain trust with our clients and your own colleagues to the mutual benefit of all.Deploy creativity, imagination and motivation to drive amazing outcomes for our clients.Communicate effectively and confidently with stakeholders, from project teams to C-suite executives.Be flexible and adaptable, working across diverse sectors with varying needs.Hold or be eligible for an AGSVA security clearance.
