Join an exciting new opportunity in Melbourne CBD for enthusiastic and dedicated travel consultants.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with corporate clients to understand their travel needs and preferences.
Respond quickly to travel requests via phone and email.
Offer personalized service to ensure client satisfaction.
Use GDS platforms (Galileo, Sabre, or Amadeus) to arrange flights, hotels, and car rentals.
Advise clients on cost-effective travel options to stay within budget.
Efficiently manage self-ticketing tasks.
Ensure compliance with travel policies and accuracy in all bookings.
Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, vendors, and colleagues.
Provide timely updates on travel arrangements.
Qualifications:
At least 2 years of experience in corporate travel, or 4 years experience in Leisure travel.
Proficiency in self-ticketing is a plus.
Strong knowledge of GDS systems (Galileo, Sabre, or Amadeus).
Familiarity with online booking platforms.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Benefits:
Competitive salary of $65K-$75K + incentives + super, based on experience.
