Permanent Full-Time Work | Stable IncomeGreat location | Excellent job securityOwn Room | All Meals ProvidedExcellent Remuneration | Rewarding and motivating environmentThe Role The Health and Lifestyle Coach will be responsible for promoting and leading health & lifestyle activities for residents in our remote villages.
This is a FIFO role - 2 weeks on 1 week off roster - Accommodation and Meals provided on-site.
Location : Central Queensland - Transport departing from Brisbane
Responsibilities : Management of the on-site gym and associated fitness areasManagement and maintenance of gym equipmentEnsure all COVID requirements for shared gym spaces are being followedCleaning of the gym and associated areasDeliver daily coffee and smoothie service to Village residentsDelivery and coordination of event night catering i.e.
Saturday Pizza nightsDevelopment of health programs to meet resident requirementsHealth initiative promotion and engagement with residentsStrive to increase gym participation numbersDevelop and deliver individual fitness programs for residentsDelivery of engaging fitness classes to improve participation and enthusiasmReporting and data recordingSkills / Experience : Current driver's licenseCert IV or higher in FitnessSenior First Aid Certificate and CPRPrevious experience in coordinating leisure and lifestyle programsPrevious experience in designing and implementing individual fitness program contentAble to respond quickly to change and adopt a flexible / innovative approachAble to work with the management team as a problem solver with a proactive positive attitudeBe self-motivated and able to work autonomouslyExcellent computer proficiencyAbout BGIS : BGIS is a global leader in facility management, project delivery, energy and sustainability, asset management, workplace advisory, real estate, and technical services.
