Job Requirements:
We are seeking an experienced, qualified, and passionate skilled person to fit into the role of Retail/Fast food Manager.
Your regular duties and responsibilities will include:
determining product mix, stock levels, and service standardsformulating and implementing purchasing and marketing policies, and setting pricespromoting and advertising the establishment's goods and servicesselling goods and services to customers and advising them on product usemaintaining records of stock levels and financial transactionscontrolling selection, training and supervision of staffensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulationsManage day-to-day store operations, including opening and closing procedures.Lead, motivate, and develop the store team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain to ensure stock availability.
Analyse sales data and market trends to develop effective sales strategies.Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner.Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to staff.Manage the store's budget, including expenses.Requirements:
