Marketing OfficerPermanent Full Time St Hilda's School seeks to appoint a Marketing Officer who is positive and energetic, whose primary purpose is to support the Marketing Department and broader school community with coordinating internal and external publication documents.
This role reports to the Operations Manager and works closely with the Marketing and Brand Coordinator and Enrolments, Community and Events Teams.
ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:
Coordinate School PhotographyCoordinate internal and external publication documents such as the Ammonite and the Spirit MagazineAssist Marketing and Brand Coordinator with social media and copywriting when requiredGraphic Design - creation of flyers, invitations, and programs for eventsEvent administrationAssist staff and Marketing and Brand Coordinator with creating on-brand templates for internal communication such as signage, posters, and handbooksSkills and AbilitiesAbility to balance multiple priorities and deadlinesPhotography skills, or willing to developExperience with Adobe Creative Suite or Canva and Microsoft OfficeHigh level communication skills, written and verbalA professional, confident, and helpful approachAbility to work autonomously and prioritize effectivelyDemonstrated ability to work in a team environmentExcellent attention to detail and an eye for detailQualificationsMarketing or Business Degree in a relevant field is desirablePrior experience in School Administration is an advantage but not essentialCurrent Paid Blue Card or eligibility to obtain one prior to commencementWhy join St Hilda's School?Enjoy a passionate community which embraces collaboration and innovation and supports staff wellbeing and professional growth.
