A reputable National Tier 3 commercial building contractor with over 50 years in the game and an exceptionally strong financial balance sheet, have appointed us to source a lead Site Manager for a $14m project near Kwinana.
This D&C project requires experience with insitu RC structures and working with structured Tier 1 systems, procedures, processes and safety.
The mixed build / civils scope incorporates demolition, a commercial building, services upgrades, roads, car park and landscaping.
We are looking for a driven, energetic, motivated Site Manager who has excellent communication and leadership skills, someone who can take ownership of their own project, drive the program and yet still have that care factor.
This role will suit someone who wants to feel valued working in a small – medium sized team who pay their sub-contractors on time.

To be considered for this role you need to satisfy the following criteria:
Trade or tertiary background with longevity served in employments Recent experience with Building or Civil Contractors Recent building or civils experience leading projects $2m – 30m The Right to Work in Australia, ideally Australian Citizenship In Perth or enroute within 4 weeks
Salary guide to $200k pkg (commensurate with experience)
