We are guided by our core Company values of reliability, integrity, and results and we provide stability, growth, and development opportunities to our valued employees.About the OpportunitySecurecorp is providing an expression of interest for Control Room Operators.Duties and ResponsibilitiesMonitor, operate, and review CCTV system.Communicate and liaise with emergency services and associated internal and external stakeholders.Maintain and write accurate security incident reports, data logs, emergency response activities, and visitor logs.Critically assess and respond to situations of risk adeptly and in line with standard operating procedures.Operate a two-way radio communication network for security personnel and manage the deployment of security personnel.Access control to personnel, employees, and visitors.Take part in ongoing training programs and exercises.Key Selection CriteriaEssential:Strong administrative skills, computer competency, and excellent email etiquette.Demonstrated ability to work within a fast-paced team environment and experience with Fire-Panels – Desirable.Knowledge across any of the following or similar software: Gallagher, Avigilon, Genetec, Ascom, and Passagepoint - Highly regarded.Key CertificationsMust have:Current Security Licence with Control Room Certification endorsement.Current First Aid and CPR Certification.Valid Driver's licence with Transport.Experience with Fire Panels.It is essential that you have the flexibility to work rotating rosters and the willingness to work nights / weekends.Employee BenefitsEmployee rewards and commendations.Opportunities for career progression and professional development.Access to our Employee Assistance Program.Access to our Employee wellbeing platform including free health checks, exclusive discounts to major retail, restaurants, fitness centres, and accommodation: Apple, Fitness First, Hello Fresh, Google Store, Booking.com, and much moreIf you're looking for a long-term career in preserving the safety of our customers and communities, apply now and become part of a diverse team that's making a difference.
