Who are we looking for? Looking for passionate Sous Chefs with a drive for leadership and excellent customer service.
To be successful, you'll need:
Certificate III or IV Commercial Cookery (or equivalent qualification)Food Safety Supervisor Certificate within 5 years of validityFirst Aid and CPR CertificatePrevious experience in mass-catering environments is essential (volume cooking)Previous FIFO Chef or Sous Chef experience is highly desired but not essentialExcellent knowledge of HACCPAustralian Citizenship or full working rights in AustraliaYou will be required to obtain a National Police Check, should you not have one dated within the last 6 monthsWhy choose Sodexo?
