Medical Director – Mental Health/Consultant Psychiatrist Kellyville Private Hospital, part of Aurora Healthcare, is seeking a visionary consultant psychiatrist to step into the pivotal role of Medical Director – Mental Health.
This strategic leadership role is designed for a psychiatrist who is deeply committed to the hospital's mission of delivering clinical excellence and enhancing mental health advocacy.
You will work closely with executive and clinical teams to oversee and guide mental health care, ensuring the delivery of exceptional patient outcomes.
About the Role
Lead Mental Health Initiatives : Shape the direction and growth of mental health programs at Kellyville Private Hospital, driving innovation and best practices.
Champion Clinical Excellence : Guide clinical teams to maintain high standards of care and foster continuous improvement across mental health services.
Recruitment of Future Talent : Play an active role in attracting and onboarding new psychiatrists to support the growth of mental health services.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical Leadership : Collaborate with the hospital's executive and clinical management teams to oversee mental health services, maintaining excellence in patient care.
Collaborative Partnerships : Work with the Kellyville Private Hospital Medical Advisory Committee (MAC) Chair, executive team, and Aurora Healthcare's clinical leaders to align strategic priorities.
Specialty Directorship : In accordance with Aurora By-Laws, take on this leadership position to shape and influence the future of mental health programs at Kellyville Private Hospital.
