Senior Employee Relations Advisor

As the organisation continues to grow and transform through a critical period, two ongoing opportunities have arisen for a Senior Employee Relations Advisor to join the team.
Join a highly committed People and Culture team and become a key coach and advisor to line managers across the enterprise.
The role will also drive employee relations initiatives including policy framework, governance and compliance, complex case management and investigations, change management, and consultation.
What they're looking for?
Relevant experience in a senior IR/ER advisory role, with a proven ability to develop effective strategies, solutions, and interventions to address the full range of complex employee relations and industrial relations matters.
Experience in complex union environments, working across multiple EBAs and a diverse workforce.
Ability to manage legal claims and lead industrial disputes in external forums such as Fair Work, VCAT, and other relevant Tribunals.
The organisation is open to an Employment Lawyer looking to move to an internal ER position.

Salary Package up to $167,000 inc.
