Position Overview Charter's Residential Subdivision Valuation group has a unique opportunity for a Director to join their team in Melbourne.
Reporting to the National Executive Director, this position will undertake greenfield residential project valuations for premium development clients.
Core Responsibilities Manage existing client relationships to support workflowCompile high quality Valuation reportsPursuit of client relationships to generate new businessManage and mentor the Residential Subdivision Valuation teamIdentify risk and maintain compliance with industry standardsPromote and market the Charter brand and Valuation businessPosition Requirements Certified Practising Valuer (CPV) QualificationAPI Membership and certificate of complianceResidential Development and/or Subdivision Valuation experienceStrong written and verbal communication skillsConcern for high quality standards and a strong attention to detailExcellent work organisation and ability to meet deadlinesIf you are an experienced Director seeking a new challenge or an Associate Director ready to take the next step in your career, we encourage you to apply.
