About the roleWe are seeking applications for a Radiographer in Charge to lead our Helensvale Practice.
The practice offers a range of diagnostic imaging services including General X-ray, CT, MRI and Ultrasound.
This is an exciting opportunity to manage a community practice.
The Radiographer in Charge will be responsible for the operational delivery of medical imaging services under the direction of the Managing Radiologist and in accordance with the Queensland X-ray operational requirements.
Provide managerial leadership of the Medical Imaging teamProvide guidance to the operations team for the purpose of workforce planning and capability strategies to achieve enhancement and efficiency in service deliveryLead the development of service improvement initiatives to ensure the provision of high quality Medical Imaging servicesDeliver advanced level medical imaging clinical servicesApply expertise to solve clinical service or workflow problemsCollaborate with practice leaders across the Gold Coast region and Queensland X wide to ensure effective service delivery and enhance quality outcomesFoster and promote a workplace culture that aligns with the Sonic Core ValuesAbout you Advanced level clinical skills in general radiography and CT (including interventional procedures)Experience in Siemens MRI preferredAble to demonstrate leadership qualities or prior leadership experienceStrong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with patients, referring doctors and other members of the medical imaging teamPlease apply by submitting your resume with a one-page cover letter attached telling us why you'd be the perfect candidate for the role.
