You will service international clients across a variety of industries providing you with invaluable experience and growth opportunities.
Prepare for a stimulating and varied workload across:
Corporate M&A mattersDrafting a range of commercial contractsProcurementMajor infrastructure transactionsCommercial Real Estate mattersRegulatory complianceA particular focus is on the tourism, hospitality and transport industry clients including working on exciting Brisbane 2032 Olympics matters.
6+ PAE SENIOR ASSOCIATE
We are looking for ambitious lawyers with the following:
6+ Years PAE in corporate, commercial or property lawReputable Background: experience in specialist, mid, or top-tier firmsClient Service: A strong commitment to delivering exceptional client service is essentialTOP-TIER PERKS
