An exciting opportunity has become available for an Assistant Centre Manager / Educational Leader to join the team at our Blair Athol, Genius childcare centre.

Filled with resources to support the children's development, the classrooms are like a home away from home.
ResponsibilitiesAssist the Centre Manager with the operations of the centre, ensuring your centre complies with the standards set out by the NQF.Lead, mentor, and develop your team using the Genius Learning Management System to ensure all our staff provide the highest quality learning and care for the children under our care.Build strong relationships with families and the community.
Manage open days, centre tours and orientation that will help your centre actively attract, convert and retain families.Work with your educators to ensure your team is providing a quality program that evolves to meet the highest standard.Collaborate with our Senior Educators and Leaders and support the centre to meet and exceed the NQS and constantly improve our programs.What WE offerAbove award ratesAdditional annual leaveProfessional Development courses by Anthony SemannAccess to Genius Balance - connect with other Educators across the countryParenting support - planned return to work pathways and supportBecome part of our Grow With Genius Program - upskill your qualifications on usMinimum RequirementsDiploma-level or above Early Childhood qualification (or an ACECQA approved equivalent)Strong leadership skills and knowledge within the Childcare industryRelevant working with children checks, police checks, child protection course, First Aid and CPR including anaphylaxis and asthmaPrevious experience with administrative procedure, curriculum development, parent and community liaison, staff professional development and trainingExperience managing a budget for an Early Years Education CentreWho We AreGenius Childcare offers innovative and holistic early years education for preschool-aged children with state-of-art facilities and a diverse and thoughtful curriculum.
