About Us: Country Comfort Perth is a well-established accommodation provider offering a range of amenities for both business and leisure travelers.

Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to join our team at Country Comfort Perth.
In this leadership role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests while ensuring smooth and efficient restaurant operations.
You will lead a dedicated team, manage daily activities, oversee food and beverage service, and ensure that the highest standards of customer service are maintained.
As the Restaurant Manager, you will play an essential part in promoting our core values of Passion, Accountability, Integrity, and Respect, both within the team and with our valued guests.
Core Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations and ensure high standards of service and hospitality.Manage, train, and motivate restaurant staff, fostering a positive work environment.Collaborate with the Executive Chef to create special events and promotions that showcase the restaurant's offerings.Monitor and manage food and beverage costs, ensuring profitability while maintaining quality.Implement and ensure compliance with all health, safety, and food hygiene regulations.Handle guest feedback, resolve complaints, and provide personalized service to ensure an outstanding dining experience.Conduct regular inspections to ensure the restaurant and bar areas are maintained to the highest standards.Develop and manage the restaurant's budget, track expenses, and optimize resource allocation.Mentor and develop the team, providing ongoing training and performance evaluations to encourage professional growth.Lead by example, demonstrating professionalism, dedication, and passion for the hospitality industry.Key Qualifications: Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a senior supervisory role within the food and beverage industry.Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations and health and safety standards.Ability to manage budgets, control costs, and drive profitability.Flexible, with the ability to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.RSA and RMLV certification required.Benefits: Competitive salary based on experience.Free Wi-Fi and on-site parking.Access to a swimming pool and lovely gardens.Employee discounts on accommodation and dining.Opportunities for career advancement and development within a supportive team environment.Join our team at Country Comfort Perth and help us create unforgettable experiences for our guests while advancing your career in the hospitality industry
