We are advertising for 2 Fixed Term Full Time (1.0FTE) appointments for 6-month placements.
The first position will commence from 13 January 2025 to 13 July 2025.
The second position will commence from 14 July 2025 to 11 January 2026.

We are offering a unique opportunity to work in the Surgical Services Directorate, where you can choose the departments you will work in for your term allocations
You are able to choose from the following surgical departments for 3-6 months:
General Surgery Orthopaedics ENT Ophthalmology Plastics This position is designed to help you develop your skills and knowledge in a focused surgical specialty.
You will provide high-quality clinical services to our patients, working under the guidance of experienced Clinical Supervisors, including Consultants and Registrars, within a dynamic multidisciplinary team.

The preferred applicant will have experience with BOSSnet Digital Medical Record (DMR) system and WA Health computer systems.
Area Profile:
Perth Children's Hospital (PCH) is a new purpose-built 298 bed specialist paediatric hospital and trauma centre providing outstanding inpatient, outpatient, and ambulatory medical care to children and adolescents up to 16 years of age.
Located on the Queen Elizabeth II Medical Centre site in Nedlands, Perth, the hospital became fully operational in June 2018 and features world-class facilities specifically designed around the needs of children, adolescents, families and carers of Western Australia.
With state-of-the-art technology, PCH offers an extensive range of specialist paediatric medical and surgical services supported by our 2,500 strong workforce of doctors, nurses, allied health and health science, diagnostics and medical imaging technologists, support services and research and training areas.
PCH is the only dedicated tertiary paediatric hospital in Western Australia and operates under the Child and Adolescent Health Service (CAHS) providing services throughout the community within Perth metropolitan area; specialized state-wide services; as well as providing support to other hospitals and health services across the state.
