Embrace the vibrant coastal lifestyle as you provide exceptional service and financial guidance to our valued clients.The role:As a Customer Advisor, you will be an important pillar in the community of Port Hedland Supporting our Port Hedland branches, you will be the face of NAB and first point of contact for our customers. In this role, you will become the jack of all trades Whether it's to open an account or credit card, referring locals to a home lender, or even investigating potential scams and fraud, every action you take will lead to a positive outcome as you drive and protect our customer outcomes.You will become part of their financial journey from start to finish as you develop and grow into a banking professional. The Customer Advisor role is the perfect opportunity to kick start your career. We have 2 possible working schedules below:Monday - Friday 9:00 AM - 1:00 PMorMonday - Friday 9:00 AM - 4:15 PMWhat will your day look like?Identifying customer needs by finding NAB's most suitable products and services that best match their needs and ensuring they receive a seamless, consistent, and customized customer service experience every step of the way.Assisting our customers with account opening, unsecured lending, and banking transactions, and being responsible for ensuring all customer details are accurate and up-to-date.Driving changes for our customers to help make their banking simple, easy, and secure by demonstrating our Smarter Banking options (self-service and digital).Undertaking ongoing training and development to enhance your career development.What you will bring:A passion for delivering an amazing experience to customers and an unwavering commitment to quality, with the will to go the extra mile.An ability to work collaboratively as a team and resilience, self-motivation, and energy to create our signature customer experience.A keen eye for detail that ensures transactions are completed efficiently and accurately.An appreciation for inclusion and the diversity of our customers.A willingness to learn and adapt in a complex and challenging environment.A diverse and inclusive workplace works better for everyoneWe know that our people make us who we are.
