Retail Sales Manager – Leading Home Furniture and Electrical Retailer About Us: We are a privately owned high-quality electrical and home goods retailer with 4 locations in Australia and have recently expanded into the Gold Coast.
We are seeking a Retail Sales Manager eager to advance their career with a pathway to partnership.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the retail store, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
Lead, motivate, and develop a team of dedicated sales professionals to achieve outstanding results.
Drive customer experience initiatives to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
Seek out local business opportunities through participation in business networking opportunities, sporting clubs, and local interest groups.
Implement sales strategies that align with company goals to achieve revenue targets.
Foster a positive store culture that encourages team engagement and high performance.
Analyse sales performance and customer feedback to continuously improve store operations.
Ideal Candidate:
A minimum of 8 years of experience in sales management, preferably within electrical, telecommunications, or high-end furnishings sectors.
Have a large business network that you can leverage to create new opportunities.
Proven track record of achieving sales outcomes and developing high-performing teams.
Strong focus on team engagement, coaching, and professional development.
Passionate about retail and dedicated to providing an exceptional customer experience.
Commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
Understand that this is not a typical 9-5 retail job but a position that requires outbound activity, relationship management, and work outside of the typical workday.
