Headquartered in Sydney, we are a group of over 1200 passionate and innovative tech professionals united in our purpose to inspire confidence in life's property decisions, providing a one-stop-shop of solutions found only on Domain.As we change the way people engage with property, we need diverse thinkers to help us.About the RoleAs an Implementations Specialist for our Corporate and Key Accounts, and under the wing of an experienced Solutions Leader, you will be a go-to expert for two of our flagship Real Estate software products. Maintaining pre and post-sale relationships, you will provide in-person and virtual product training to our Real Estate Agency customers to onboard new branches, drive product adoption, project manage rebrands and problem-solve along the way.Sitting within a close-knit and long-standing team, this is a unique opportunity to work on exciting and ever-changing products that are the glue between our other agent solutions platforms, in an environment of dynamic online collaboration that welcomes new ideas. With such wide-reaching platforms, you will have wide visibility and career opportunities across the Domain ecosystem.In a typical day you can expect to:Provide product demos and training webinars to explain functionality and ensure that solutions are well-integrated into our client's businesses.Onboard new branches within our client businesses and ensure smooth integrations.Conduct webinars, plan and deliver roll-outs of product updates to explain new features.Answer customer questions on product features, and work with internal teams to troubleshoot any tricky problems.Assist the Solutions Leader with retention of customers at the renewal stage.Analyze data to identify risks and opportunities for sales.Facilitate the sharing of client feedback to Sales, Marketing and Product teams to understand opportunities for product improvements - ensuring that product features are aligned with customer needs.Support conversations at the time of contract renewal to ensure that valuable clients are retained and continue to get the most value out of the solutions.Expand your knowledge to become an industry expert within the Real Estate tech solutions space.Our Ideal Person:ESSENTIAL:Proven ability to embed products and train clients in a similar role (e.g. Customer Success).Excellent relationship building skills and strong communication.Comfortable to be client-facing.Analytical mindset and ability to interpret data for risks and opportunities.Prioritization and multi-tasking.Experience using a CRM system.BONUS POINTS:Real Estate, tech or Saas industry experience.Operations experience within a Real Estate Agency environment.Why Join Us:We're the right size business for you to make a real impact, with a workplace culture where you can be you.
