About The CompanyOur client is one of the largest waterproofing contractors in the Victorian building and construction industry and provides quality waterproofing services to the commercial and civil construction sectors and to asset owners and managers requiring remedial waterproofing works.
The business continues to grow across all targeted sectors but particularly in the civil construction sector where it has recently been successful in winning tenders on major infrastructure projects that will run into 2027 and beyond.
About The OpportunityThey are now seeking a Project Manager to oversee multiple projects in the civil and commercial sectors.
This role is critical in ensuring that all allocated projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
Understanding the project scope, specifications, budgets, and KPIsRegularly reviewing performance and reporting to managementManage project mobilisation, scheduling, and ongoing support activities in collaboration with the operations support teamLead, guide, and oversee teams, including subcontractors, to ensure timely completion of work sectionsCollaborate with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and consultants to resolve technical issuesRepresenting the company at meetings with clients and consultantsMonitoring compliance with QA standards and maintaining necessary documentationAbout YouThe successful candidate will have:
5+ years of experience in a similar role within the building and construction sectorDemonstrated experience in delivering major commercial or infrastructure projects in the $2m - $10m rangeA degree in Engineering, Construction, Project Management, or a related fieldA proven track record of working with QA systems and delivering compliant outcomesYou will also have:
