About The Role
Our client seeks an experienced music producer to guide them through their first production process.
The project requires both production expertise and mentoring capabilities to help transform a written composition into a fully realized song, blending country influences with romantic and orchestral elements.
Responsibilities:
Assess and evaluate the existing song composition Guide the artist through the music production process Provide professional insight on song structure and arrangement Recommend appropriate instrumentation and musical elements Create production timeline and milestone plans Requirements:
Strong background in country music production Experience mentoring newcomer songwriters Proven track record of completing similar projects Proficiency in modern music production software Strong arrangement and composition skills Excellent communication and teaching abilities Seniority level: Mid-Senior level
