Site Reliability Engineer Supervisor

We have an exciting opportunity to join our Engineering team in Sydney and are currently looking for an Engineering Supervisor to join the team. You'll focus on ensuring the reliability of our systems as we bring new games to life.
This is an exciting opportunity to work on developing a new platform system, building reliability from the start.
What you should know about our Engineering team: We make room to do things the right wayYou own your projects: you build it, you ship it, you run itWe were born in the cloud: practices and principles like CI/CD, IaC, O11y and CyberSec are part of what we doIn terms of our tech stack, we're container-based, running on EKS supported by Amazon Aurora, CloudFront and S3 for our front-ends.
Our infrastructure is provisioned with Terraform and we use Github Actions for our CI/CD.

We have a world class Engineering Learning and Development program and we are passionate about career developmentThought pioneers regularly give tailored talks and workshops for our teamWe are proactive in the community attending many local and international conferencesWe have both a technical and management track for career progression and promotionsWe have a library of books and videos with good content and encourage staying on top of new practicesWhat you will bring to the role: Experience working as a DevOps Engineer, Systems Engineer, SRE or a related field and ready to take the next stepExperience working with KotlinStrong fundamental knowledge of Google SREExperience in working with Infrastructure as Code toolsExperience in/ knowledge of CI/CD tools and techniquesExperience in cloud (AWS, Azure or GCP)Experience in OpenTelemetry is desiredExperience in implementing, coaching and sharing a strong understanding of Google SRE.Experience in implementing, coaching and sharing their strong understanding of Infrastructure As Code, as well as integration and deployment technologies: CI & CDAbout VGW With high-quality, acclaimed brands including Chumba Casino, Global Poker and LuckyLand Slots, we entertain and delight over one million players in North America.
