Sino Iron is the largest magnetite mining and downstream processing operation in Australia, located 100kms Southwest of Karratha in the mining hub of the Pilbara.
Our fully integrated operation features an open pit mine serviced by the biggest haul trucks in the world, a six-line concentrator and port terminal facilities at nearby Cape Preston.
Our state-of-the-art power station and desalination plant are among the largest in the State.
The Opportunity CITIC Pacific Mining is seeking experienced Electrician - HV to join our HME team on a permanent 2/1 continuous shift roster (days & nights), FIFO ex Perth.
Reporting to the Supervisor - Electrical, the purpose of this role is to perform the servicing and maintenance of the Heavy Mobile Equipment (HME) Electrical systems.
In this role you'll be responsible for: Completing a range of maintenance tasks associated within the normal trade role including inspections, adjusting and repairing all electrical systems on the Electric Drive Haul Trucks and Electric Drive Wheel Loaders.Working within a team environment with Fitters, Boilermakers and Servicepersons to ensure maximum efficiency and optimisation of the HME downtime.Successful applicant will have: WA Electrical Worker's LicenceElectric Drive System experienceCurrent Drivers LicenceComputing Skills (Technical & Diagnostic Software)As an employee of CPM, we offer a range of benefits including leave benefits, personal and family benefits, education and training, salary sacrifice options, and lifestyle benefits through preferred suppliers.
