In a rapidly evolving regulatory environment, the ability to adapt and implement change, project management and reporting frameworks quickly and efficiently is critical to ensuring that government services remain responsive, effective, and transparent.
As an EL2, you'll be the linchpin that connects strategy to change and execution, guiding our teams through complex transitions with precision and insight.
Join us as an EL2 and be at the forefront of a new function transformation driving accountability, enabling engagement of key stakeholders, enhancing capability uplift and supporting effective project delivery.
In this role, you'll manage initiatives that are central to the Commission's objectives of:
Upholding participants' rights
Elevating quality and safety
Enabling consumer independence
From developing change strategies to engaging stakeholders across multiple levels of government, your efforts will ensure that changes are not only implemented but embraced by all.
This role provides a unique opportunity to expand your expertise in reporting & delivery within the public sector, setting you up for future leadership positions.
