Job Description We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing Manager to join our team in Sydney, Australia.
In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
Responsibilities Develop and implement strategic marketing plans aligned with organisational goals and objectives Conduct market research and analyse consumer trends to identify new opportunities Oversee the creation and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns across various platforms, including digital, social media, email, and traditional channels Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as product development, sales, and customer service, to ensure consistent brand messaging and customer experience Manage and optimise marketing budgets to maximise return on investment Analyse campaign performance and provide data-driven insights to inform future marketing initiatives Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and creative environment Qualifications Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or a similar role, with a strong track record of successful marketing campaigns Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas effectively Proficiency in marketing analytics and data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau, etc.)
Solid understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, SEO, and PPC Familiarity with marketing automation software and content creation tools Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred Knowledge of the Australian market, consumer trends, and advertising regulations Additional Information ACAP focuses on shared values and strengths across our teams, you will work together with others committed to transforming lives through education in a purpose-driven, engaging, and supportive team environment.
