Specialist Psychiatrist - Orygen RMH Mental Health Services - Full and Part time.
Flexible EFT is available across several locations including Parkville, Footscray, Sunshine and Werribee.Specialist Psychiatrist - Orygen Consultant Psychiatrist - Keep Embracing Your Success (KEYS) residential care program - 14hpfn until 30 June 2026Your new role We have new vacancies in the service as a result of new funding to implement the recommendations of the Royal Commission into Victoria's Mental Health System.
Be involved with a rapidly expanding service, where primary and specialist care will be integrated in a single, pioneering service that is recognised internationally for excellence in youth mental health.Enjoy the research and translation culture of Orygen, a world leading Translational Medical Research Institute.We have consultant vacancies in both our Acute Services - Youth Access Team providing Psychiatric Leadership in Orygen's Triage and Acute Assessment and Treatment team and Orygen @ Home, a 15 bed Youth focused Hospital in the Home service; and our Continuing Care Teams in our Early Psychosis, Personality Disorders and Mood Disorders teams leading MDTs consisting of case managers, family workers and trainees.
The Neurodevelopmental Stream is also seeking an experienced Psychiatrist to provide expert led Assessment of ASD for young people accessing Orygen for care as well as Primary and Secondary consultation across the program and implementing cutting edge clinical programs and clinical research.
The KEYS Residential Care Program is a novel partnership between Anglicare and Orygen providing integrated MH care to young people staying at a residential care facility in St Albans.
The Psychiatrist provides both direct care and secondary consultation to the care team.
