As a Small Business Banker in the Melbourne East Region, you will play an important role in retaining and growing a portfolio of existing small business customers in conjunction with acquiring new business through external relationships.You'll be part of a collaborative & high performing team.Help deepen relationships and achieve stronger customer advocacy.You have access to market leading policies and products to support small business customers bring their business ideas to life.Your new role as a Small Business Banker awaits.To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:Lending experience in business banking or retail banking.Excellent understanding of the SME Market.Strong customer and relationship management.Problem solving, critical thinking and negotiation skills.As a Small Business Banker, you will:Understand our customers' needs to provide tailored holistic banking solutions.Grow revenue and drive customer advocacy, to increase the portion of customers who consider NAB to be their Bank of Choice.Manage small business lending requests up to $2 million, and home lending up to $5 million.Engage and build relationships with our Retail Branch and Broker network to increase portfolio performance and customer outcomes.Build an exciting career in an innovative, fast paced, and collaborative environment.If you're passionate about small business and have a love for helping customers, talk to us today and start your career with NAB – Australia's Leading Business Bank.We respectfully ask candidates to hold any questions for the phone interview, where we'll discuss the role in detail and answer any questions.
