Based in Wingfield, SA, they are committed to innovation, quality, and customer satisfaction.
With a strong foundation and ambitious growth plans, ACS is seeking an experienced & detail-orientated Operations Manager to help drive the business to the next level.
ABOUT THE ROLEAs the Operations Manager, you'll take charge of ACS operational functions, ensuring smooth and efficient processes across Customer Service, Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Planning, and Warehouse teams.
This role is hands-on, strategic, and pivotal to achieving ACS's vision of becoming a sustainable industry leader.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Drive continuous improvement initiatives and lead change management processes.Mentor and manage teams across all operational departments, fostering a high-performance culture.Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards, promoting a zero-harm workplace.Develop and implement demand planning and inventory strategies to meet customer requirements.Oversee manufacturing and warehouse operations, ensuring on-time and in-full delivery.Contribute to the development and execution of strategic business plans aligned with company objectives.Manage operational budgets, ensuring financial efficiency and achieving performance targets.SKILLS & EXPERIENCE Possess at least 5+ years in managing operations teams in small to medium enterprises.Expertise in lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.Have strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyse data and make informed decisions.Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, Logistics, or related field (or equivalent practical experience) is advantageous.A track record of driving efficiency and achieving operational excellence. #J-18808-Ljbffr
