See how at www.cognizant.com or @cognizant. The Role: As a Senior ServiceNow Technical Consultant, you will be responsible for the implementation of stories following the standards of the area. You will participate in the design sessions being able to lead part of them. You will attend definition sessions and collaborate in the elaboration of design documents and the creation of technical user stories. You will perform the developments, the functional validation of the implemented process, and you will support in the implementation. Who are we looking for? We are seeking confident, curious, and experienced ServiceNow professionals that can implement any or a combination of ServiceNow modules: ITSM, ITAM, CSM, HRSD, ITOM, SPM, SecOps, IRM, and/or GRC and can enable our client to build off-the-shelf and custom business applications, and integrate ServiceNow and third-party applications and telephony platforms. To apply for this role, your soft skills, expertise, and experience should include: 3+ years coding in JavaScript and ServiceNow deployments, implementations, and/or integrations. Experienced in building and supporting all ServiceNow modules for customers. ServiceNow - Certified System Administrator (minimum) required. ServiceNow – Certified Implementation Specialist – required. Any one or combination of these modules: ITSM, ITAM, CSM, HRSD, ITOM, SPM, SecOps, GRC, IRM. ServiceNow – Certified Application Developer is desired. Experience with database design schemas and data modeling. Experience working with Web Services technologies such as SOAP and REST desired. Experienced with JavaScript, Bootstrap, React, Angular, or Node.js. Strong requirements gathering experience. Ability to work with business users and clients. Strong interpersonal skills, customer-serving attitude, and appreciation for cultural diversity. Proven team player. ITSM and ITIL familiarity is required (ITIL Foundations certification preferred).
