We are actively looking for someone wanting to join our team as a Coverage Property Manager.
This is the perfect role for someone who's looking to work flexible hours and wants to grow their career in Property Management.

Roles and Responsibilities:
A combination of Senior Property Manager and Out-Of-Office roles Assist Senior Property Managers in overseeing and managing portfolios Communicate and attend to Landlord requests promptly Entry and Exit Condition Reports Routine Inspections Flexible Work Hours from Monday to Friday between 9am - 3pm Qualifications and Experience:
A passion for Property Management Genuine care for clients and wanting to make a positive impact With excellent communication skills, you are naturally motivated by building strong relationships with our clients Client-focused and results-driven, you are confident and skilled in interacting with clients and team members of varying demographics High level of attention to detail and excellent time management skills Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment Vibrant personality with high energy You have full Australian working rights as sponsorship will not be offered for this role.
Valid Driver's License and Car As a Coverage Property Manager, you are provided:
