Physiotherapy, OT & Rehabilitation (Healthcare & Medical)Enhance Physiotherapy is an established and progressive allied health practice with locations in Applecross, Mandurah and Thornlie. We have an awesome clinical team consisting of physiotherapists, exercise physiologists, personal trainers, massage therapists and a dietician.We currently have multiple roles (senior and new-grad) as we look to expand our Thornlie clinic:Senior Physiotherapist/Clinic leadIf you are looking to progress your career to the next level this might be the opportunity you have been waiting for. Take control and lead our team of physios and exercise physiologists and make the clinic your own.Liaise with management team directly regarding clinic performance and issues.Clinical and management mentoring provided.Designated non-clinical hours.Full-time and part-time options considered.3+ years experience preferred.New-grad PhysiotherapistKickstart your career the right way with a structured mentoring and professional development pathway.Extended initial and subsequent consults.Opportunities to shadow senior clinicians.Professional development allowance.Salary-based remuneration - we don't want you to feel pressure to see more clients than you should.Our clinical, management and admin staff are all driven by providing excellence in best patient care and are known in the community for delivering this with evidence-based practice in a fun and friendly environment.
