THE ROLE The Project Officer provides support to the Loan Assistance Unit. This includes a range of tasks such as assisting customers with their enquiries, following the arrears process, responding to emails from the home finance inbox, processing payments, archiving of TRIM files, arrears home visits, and assisting the team with a range of administration tasks.

The department strongly recommends (but does not mandate) that employees maintain their COVID-19 vaccination status in accordance with current ATAGI (Australian Technical Advisory Group on Immunisation) advice, given their individual circumstances. As of June 2023, DFFH does not require evidence of COVID-19 vaccination status.
