We have got an exciting opportunity for a Student Services Officer to be part of our team at the Institutes of Higher Education (IHEs) Asia Pacific International College (APIC) and The College of Health Sciences (CHS) in our Brisbane office.
APIC and CHS provide a number of awards from Diploma to Master degrees in areas such as Business, Project management, IT and Health Management.

Key Responsibilities: Administrative function as required in the Registrar's Office Managing and processing student enquiries Appropriate referral of students to support and welfare services Providing support to students through enrolment Assisting with orientation of new students, on campus events and graduation As the successful candidate you will ideally have: Experience in student services or related customer services roles (preferred but not essential) An undergraduate or postgraduate qualification in business administration or related discipline Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - both written and verbal Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritise competing tasks for completion on time Ability to work under pressure and to learn and adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment Experience using a student management system and at least intermediate level skills in MS Office Demonstrated ability to multitask in a busy environment In return we will offer you: A collaborative and supportive team environment An energetic culture that inspires and supports excellence in our employees Continuous support in your professional development Employee benefits package with a diverse range of offerings, from discounts at gyms and specialty retail stores to a comprehensive employee assistance program.
