We are seeking an experienced Project Manager/Delivery Lead to support the delivery of a complex project involving Data, Middleware, DevOps, and Azure Cloud Environments. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end delivery plans, financial plans, and senior stakeholder management. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing teams, vendors, SOWs, contracts, capturing requirements, analyzing, and developing comprehensive delivery plans involving multiple teams. This role requires excellent communication, project management, and technical skills.
What you'll do … Develop and manage end-to-end delivery plans, including project schedules, resource allocation, and budgeting.Manage financial plans, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost management.Coordinate and manage senior stakeholder expectations, including communication, reporting, and issue resolution.Manage and lead cross-functional teams, including vendors, to ensure successful project delivery.Develop and manage Statements of Work (SOWs), contracts, and agreements with vendors.Capture and analyze business requirements, identify project scope, and develop comprehensive delivery plans.Collaborate with technical teams to develop technical solutions and ensure successful implementation.Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, and develop mitigation plans as needed.Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and industry standards.Develop and maintain project reporting, including status updates, metrics, and dashboards.Manage project closure, including Lessons Learned, and knowledge transfer.What we're looking for… Proven experience in managing complex projects involving multiple teams, vendors, and stakeholders.Strong technical background in Data, Middleware, DevOps, and Azure Cloud Environments.8+ years of experience in project management, preferably in IT, technology, or a related field.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Experience with project management methodologies, such as Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid.Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost management.Experience with contract management, including SOWs, contracts, and agreements.Strong stakeholder management skills, including senior stakeholder communication and expectation management.Experience with project management tools, such as MS Project, Asana, Trello, or similar.Nice to Have: Knowledge of cloud security and compliance frameworks, such as Azure Security and Compliance.Experience with DevOps tools, such as Jenkins, Docker, or Kubernetes.Certification in project management, such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile.What's in it for you?
