Occupational Therapist - South-West Sydney

With an unwavering commitment to quality care, the opportunity for an Occupational Therapist to join the South-West Sydney team is on offer.
The Role
Provide therapy & interventions for NDIS participants Engage & support participants to optimise the achievement of personal goals Proactively manage your caseload – many referrals are psychosocial disabilities & some physical Perform Home, ADL & Functional Capacity Assessments Complete detailed notes & reports Assistive technology & home modifications Collaborate with multidisciplinary team and Allied Health Assistants to optimise participants' outcomes Travel to visit clients around South-West Sydney, including Campbelltown, Narellan, Camden, Ingleburn & / or South to Caringbah & Cronulla Option to work from home or in the Liverpool, Newington or St Leonards offices Provide training & coaching to other team members (for Senior OTs) The Benefits
Generous salary: $85-120K + Super, in line with your experience Bonus: Achievable bonus, paid monthly Travel: $8000/year allowance - extra travel reimbursed in addition Professional Development: regular in-house Professional Development & support with industry experts & leaders Flexibility: full-time or part-time role (3 or 4 days), flexible hours Reasonable targets: you will be provided with the support & resources to achieve reasonable targets of 6 hours/day, with leave taken into consideration Manageable caseload: moderately sized caseload to allow you to focus on quality Technology: mobile & laptop Relocation allowance: tailored support to assist with your relocation costs Why do people love working here
