Interpersonal Skills: Maintain frequent communication with residents and visitors, offering assistance and ensuring their peace of mind.
Personal Presentation: Demonstrate a high level of personal presentation and professionalism in all interactions.
Initiative: Proactively identify and address potential security issues before they escalate.
Commitment: Show unwavering dedication to the safety and security of the community and its residents.
Skills & Experience Requirements:
Licences and Certifications: Hold a current SA Security Officers Licence, full SA Driver's License, and valid First Aid Certificate.
Training: Full training specific to patrols provided for successful candidates.
Work Rights: Must have full Australian work rights.
Preferred Experience: Patrol experience is advantageous but not necessary.
Fitness and Character: Physical and mental fitness, good character, and ability to communicate in a collaborative team environment.
Competency: Basic skills in Mathematics & English.
Frequent report writing and communication with external team members necessary.
