This role is both challenging and fast paced so the need for someone dynamic and adaptable is paramountWho we're looking for;You are organised, tech savvy, enjoy managing and developing relationships with clients and colleagues and a excellent problem solver when an issue arises. You have experience managing 40 + people of diverse backgrounds and have worked in operational roles extensively.You enjoy auditing and thrive off successful reports, however you also have the patience and management skills required when auditing reports don't meet standards and the ability to rectify the issues to bring them back up to the required standards. You enjoy being on the road and can manage a busy email inbox.You are honest and great communicator, emotionally adept, reliable and most importantly – flexible.About the role;As a senior member of staff you will be responsible for managing the daily operations for Western Australia. This includes managing subcontractors and employees to ensure that a high standard of work is being consistently delivered to our clients.More about the role:Site Auditing and inspectionsDeveloping relationships/ managing employeesCoaching and developing subcontractors to meet our clients standardsAddressing performance issues and problem solving them as they ariseManage Client company relationships with a focus on promoting the company brand in a positive manner at all timesManage all cost areas associated with running the business in WA to meet budget expectationsManage existing portfolio of clientsManage personal KPI'sWe are looking for someone to join our team with haste, so please apply now.
