Clough has an exciting opportunity for a Supply Chain Manager to join the Supply Chain Team.
The role will be working on a project, however will be based in the Perth head office with some business travel to site when required.
In this role, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing our supply chain processes, enhancing efficiency, reducing costs, and ensuring the seamless flow of materials and products from suppliers to the project.

Your focus will include:
Develop and implement strategic initiatives to optimize the supply chain, streamline operations, and enhance overall efficiency.Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, negotiate contracts, and monitor supplier performance to ensure timely delivery of high-quality materials and services.Oversee inventory levels, forecasting, and demand planning to minimize excess inventory while ensuring adequate stock levels to meet customer demand.Lead logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution, to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products to customers.Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to monitor the performance of the supply chain, analyze data, and drive actionable insights for improvement.Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards, as well as company policies and procedures, while also promoting sustainability initiatives throughout the supply chain.What you will bring to the team: Proven experience in Supply Chain Management with a track record of strategic leadership and supply chain optimization.Exposure to EPC type lump sum and reimbursable projects.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and develop actionable insights.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and drive cross-functional collaboration.Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement innovative solutions to improve supply chain efficiency and performance.Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools, as well as advanced knowledge of industry trends and best practices.Clough's people enjoy: A competitive remuneration package.Flexible and remote work options to manage work and lifestyle commitments.Exposure to a range of iconic projects and industries.Ongoing training for career progression.Industry leading paid parental leave program from the day you join.Excellent end of trip facilities and free gym onsite.Mental health and wellbeing programs.Employee assistance program for employees and their families.Special offers on private health insurance, salary packaging, banking, travel, groceries and more.Salary continuance insurance (criteria applies).A supportive team culture and environment.We're building a diverse workforce At Clough, we are committed to building a workforce that reflects the communities in which we work and live, fostering an inclusive environment that accepts every person, embraces their strengths and differences, and provides opportunities for all to achieve their full potential.
