The RoleAn exciting opportunity is available for a Field Service technician to join our growing team.
This is a field-based role out of our Western Sydney or Melbourne office, and will include travel throughout NSW / VIC, and also across Australia and the Pacific as the needs arise.
You will be responsible for everything service related, from phone and remote support to onsite preventative maintenance, breakdowns and technical training.
Over time you will be trained on our full range of equipment and software.DutiesIdentify, analyse and resolve technical issues related to software, hardware, networks and configuration.Installation and training of wide format printers, cutting machines and software.On-site preventative maintenance service.Provide high level on-site technical support, along with phone and remote login support.Maintain service call data in company ERP software.Interface with other service technicians to resolve customer issues.Some after-hours client support, discussions with overseas manufacturers, as required.About YouPassion and enthusiasm with a willingness to learn.Excellent customer service and troubleshooting skills.You must be able to work independently as well as part of a team.Flexibility with work hours to meet our clients' demands.You must be highly organised.Prior experience in a technical service role.Valid driver's licence and ability to travel at short notice.Ability to multitask and handle pressure situations.Attention to detail, exceptional communication and professionalism.We will offer youCompetitive salary commensurate with experience.Tools, laptop, and phone provided.Ongoing training and support.Fantastic team culture that is inclusive and funAbout PozitivePozitive is an Australian family-owned and operated supplier to the sign, display, sportswear and apparel manufacturing, print & graphics industries for over 30 years across Australia and the Pacific Islands.
