Our team pride themselves on working seamlessly with project stakeholders, ensuring no solution is developed in isolation and without consideration of the potential implications on other areas of the project.About the RoleOur Brisbane office is currently seeking to appoint an Associate Director with significant engineering design experience, strong communication skills and the desire to lead and mentor developing engineers within the group. This is a pivotal role with the Brisbane Structures team to manage projects and future work pipeline, interface with key clients, conduct business development activities and to develop and mentor a team.We are looking for someone with …Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural EngineeringChartered member (CPEng) of Institute of Engineers AustraliaRegistered Professional Engineer of Queensland (RPEQ)Ideally 15+ years demonstrated experience in structural engineeringStrong understanding of Australian design codes and standardsDemonstrated experience at a senior level of project design and commercial outcomes for projectsExperience in writing tenders and proposals, leading projects and communicating with clientsAn innovative and out of the box attitude to solutions and designsAbility to critically assess and review designs by othersAbility to develop their own team and client baseAbility to win work with support from the Structures TeamWhat's in it for you?ADG values your professional development and will offer you exposure across all facets of design and project delivery to expand your skillset.
