We are currently seeking an experienced Test Lead to join our IT Shared Services team and be accountable for ensuring that the team has the support and expertise required to deliver in line with their area of focus.
About the opportunity: Reporting to the Applications Development Manager, the successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to provide analysis and insights for continuous improvement in applications and processes.
Key accountabilities: Working in partnership with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate the delivery of applications advice, responding to ad-hoc requests, project work and implementing and developing procedures and policiesManaging escalations from team members, reviewing work, providing guidance and advice where necessaryCollaborating with internal and external stakeholders to develop, implement, support, maintain and report on all applications and participate in working papers with service providersDeveloping and implementing TIS projects and initiativesProviding analysis and insights for continuous improvement in applications and processesAbout you: To be successful in this highly rewarding role, you will possess: Tertiary qualifications in the relevant area of study5+ years of experience in software testing (functional and non-functional testing), including a minimum of 1 year in a team leadership roleStrong communication and stakeholder engagement capabilitiesDemonstrated initiative, analytical and problem-solving skills and a proven ability to participate in business improvement activitiesExperience working with JiraExperience with test management tools (e.g., Zephyr, X-ray, qTest or similar)Experience developing and maintaining test strategy, test plan, test cases, test scripts and test reportsExperience in building, running and maintaining automated testing using tools (e.g., Katalon, Playwright, Selenium or similar)Experience with Postman Testing experience with Power Platform, SharePoint, Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Desirable)Testing experience with various enterprise applications (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, TechOne, Vendor Panel, Compass, Canvas) (Desirable)In return: Competitive remunerationSalary packagingParental leaveFlexible work arrangements include a hybrid working modelInterested?
