About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Technology Strategy Manager to join our client's team.
As a key member of the leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing the company's technology strategy.
Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with the Corporate Strategy function to ensure the technology strategy aligns with the company's overall goals.Build long-term strategic plans for the technology function, working closely with business leaders to anticipate future needs.Analyse the existing IT environment to ensure maximum performance and value are delivered to the business.Represent the Technology function to business stakeholders across all areas of operations.Oversee the IT architecture, including future planning for the company.Lead architectural governance initiatives, including technology standards, policies, and procedures.Drive continuous improvement throughout the Technology function, promoting best practice at all levels.Develop an integrated people, process, and technology plan to deliver optimum performance and increased human capability.About YouTo be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate:
Competence in IT leadership and strategy development.Proven experience partnering with senior and board-level executives.Expertise in developing and executing an IT strategy for an enterprise-level organization.Able to transform a business-enabling IT function into one that drives business outcomes.Well-rounded skills gained through various positions within an IT function.A strategic thinker with a natural curiosity for new technology and its practical applications.A defined communication style and corporate presence that allows you to relate to senior leaders and non-IT stakeholders alike.
