Compliance & Risk (Banking & Financial Services)About the JobTeacher's Mutual Bank Limited (TMBL) is seeking a dedicated and experienced Risk and Compliance Project Lead to join our team.
This important new role will report directly to the Head of Compliance and will be responsible for managing risks associated with project delivery and change embedment across a portfolio of risk, compliance, and regulatory projects.
Your expertise will be pivotal in ensuring that changes are effectively adopted and sustained throughout the organization.ResponsibilitiesIntegrate risk management and change management processes to proactively identify and manage risks related to business improvement and change initiatives.Work across a portfolio of risk, compliance and regulatory projects and initiatives and ensure that changes are adopted and embedded effectively and enhance risk capability across the bank.Collaborate closely with the Enterprise Portfolio Team, Change Management Team, and other key stakeholders to coordinate risk and compliance input.Engage with business departments and ensure appropriate SMEs are consulted and contributing appropriately.About YouYou are a proactive professional with a strong background in risk management and compliance.
You possess excellent project management skills and have a proven track record of managing complex projects.
Your ability to communicate effectively and engage with stakeholders at all levels will be crucial in driving risk management initiatives.Skills and ExperienceBachelor's degree in Risk Management, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.Proven experience (5+ years) in risk management, compliance, or related roles.Strong understanding of risk assessment methodologies and compliance regulations.Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with meticulous attention to detail.Proficiency in risk management, compliance knowledge, project management, analytical skills, and change management.Excellent communication, problem-solving, attention to detail, and stakeholder management abilities.Desired, Advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., Certified Risk Management Professional, Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional).What is in it for YouJoining TMBL means becoming part of a forward-thinking organization that values compliance and risk management as key components of our success.
