Join Mecha – Building a Stronger Tomorrow with Great People We are actively looking for a skilled Project Manager to become a part of our team at Mecha.
The Project Manager is tasked with managing relationships with key clients and overseeing efficient project delivery while ensuring compliance with regulations and quality standards, all while demonstrating the highest level of safety leadership.
Collaborating with on-site supervisors, they ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Additionally, the role involves working with Senior Leadership and Business Development to create a strong client strategy that enhances engagement and drives revenue growth.

Your areas of accountability will include, but are not limited to:
Budgeting for the portfolio, along with financial management, planning, and monitoring.Development of a strategic client engagement plan and service portfolio.Execution of client/portfolio commercial strategies and management of the sales process/pipeline.Management of operational performance, focusing on quality, safety, and compliance (ISO).Systems and processes for operational and project management.Coaching for supervisors, along with learning, development, and succession planning.Management of employee performance and leadership strategies. What We're Looking For The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and experience:
Project Management: Experience overseeing and managing projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to required quality standards.People Management: Experience leading and managing teams, fostering a positive work environment, and promoting employee engagement.Client Relationship Management: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.Financial Management: Solid understanding of financial concepts, including budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.Safety Leadership: Coaching and embedding health and safety and leading by examples in the workplace.Compliance: Knowledge of legal operational requirements, safety, quality, and ISO.Industry experience: Proven experience in the industry in a client-facing role. In Addition, We Are Looking For The Following Qualifications Trade qualified or extensive leadership experience in the industry.Certificate IV or Diploma in Project Management.Certificate IV in WHS (desirable).Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field (desirable).
