Our end-to-end facilities management and project management services ensure that your infrastructure is put in place smoothly and efficiently.The PositionThe Assistant Regional Manager is responsible for providing relief for the Facilities Manager while on leave through the efficient delivery of all QSP cleaning and maintenance services, inclusive of Grounds Maintenance Services and any services provided by any subcontractors to the school and facilities within the Queensland Schools Project that the Facility Manager is based at.Duties include:Support the Regional Manager to ensure a smooth and efficient interface between the Services provided by Plenary Schools and the Core Services provided by the StateMotivate and manage a team of Facility Supervisors in public school-based sites, driving the quality and efficiency of the facility maintenance worksDaily review of data, reporting site activityManagement of client relationships and customer service - drive the performance of the teams and ensure the client expectations are not just met but exceededEstablishing and maintaining a safe and secure environment, ensuring HSEQ systems, procedures, and legislative requirements are followedThe PersonStrong team and client management experienceStrong computer skills and experience across all Microsoft programsDemonstrate a safety culture-centric attitudeBe able and willing to travel throughout the greater Brisbane and Gold Coast regionsHappy to step into Facility Manager roles as cover when requiredDemonstrated ability to work efficiently under pressureFacility & Asset Management experience (desirable)Commitment to continuous improvementPossess strong written and verbal communication skillsHave a valid and current driving licenceThe successful candidate will be required to complete a Pre-Employment Medical and Blue Card Application.The Benefits12 weeks of paid parental leave for primary carersAccess to a wide variety of training and developmentClear career paths and support to achieve your goalsPersonal and site-based recognition programsImmediate access to 100+ retail discounts accessible from your mobileMultiple salary packaging options to help your dollar go furtherOur people's unique backgrounds, experiences, and abilities are at the heart of our vibrant workforce.
