As the Chief Finance Officer at Caring for You Nursing Agency, you will be responsible for overseeing the company's financial operations and ensuring the efficient management of its financial resources.
This full-time position is based in Hamilton, QLD 4007 and plays a crucial role in supporting the strategic objectives of the organisation.What you'll be doingPreparing and analysing financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to provide accurate and timely information to managementOverseeing accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring proper financial controls and processes are in placeMonitoring cash flow management, financial performance, and identify cost optimization opportunitiesProviding strategic financial advice and recommendations to senior managers across the organisationEnsuring compliance with relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and other financial reporting requirementsLiaising with external accountant and financial institution for audits and reporting.Leading and mentoring the finance team to drive continuous improvement and efficiencyWhat we're looking forQualified accountant with 5+ years of experience in a similar finance management role, preferably in the healthcare or nursing industryStrong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, and financial analysisExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levelsDemonstrated ability to interpret financial data and provide strategic insights to support business decisionsProficient in the use of financial software, Xero and payroll software Employment HeroProven track record of leading and developing high-performing finance teamsWhy work for Caring for YouSupportive, fun-loving teamA rewarding position assisting the healthcare industryBe a part of the company's successA paid day off to celebrate your birthday.About usCaring for You Nursing Agency is Australia's largest family-owned and operated agency, boasting 20 years of excellence in the industry.
