What's the Opportunity?
We are seeking a motivated Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive growth in our consumer finance offerings in New South Wales.
As a BDM, you'll be responsible for building and maintaining broker relationships, leveraging our extensive network while identifying new opportunities for expansion.

This role is ideal for someone with a strategic mindset, entrepreneurial spirit, and a proven track record in sales and relationship management.
You'll thrive on autonomy while bringing your expertise in asset finance and mortgages to the table.

About You To excel in this role, you'll need to:
Have at least 3 years of BDM experience in sales/finance account management, preferably in third-party intermediated channels within NSW.

Demonstrate a strong understanding of brokers and the local market.

Possess a proven track record of achieving sales and growth targets in the broker industry.

Show experience in executing broker development strategies with measurable success.

Have a deep knowledge of lending products and credit risk underwriting.

Exhibit a proactive "hunter" mindset, coupled with exceptional problem-solving skills.

Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels and demonstrate a genuine passion for your work.

Show strong organisational and time management abilities to manage competing priorities.
