A permanent full-time position with an immediate start is now available for an Administration Officer based in our Orange Office.

This role would suit someone who enjoys working in a team environment and is proactive with an appetite to learn.

About the Opportunity This is a permanent full-time position based in our Orange office.

As Administration Officer, you will be responsible for the confidential administration and execution of the Company's Invoicing and ordering processes.
With previous experience in administration or invoicing and preferably in the transport industry (although not essential), you will ensure that all invoices are issued on time, with responsibilities including:
Provide exceptional customer service, both internal and external Liaising with drivers and sub-contractors Maintain knowledge of relevant legislation and agreements About You You are self-motivated and work well in a dynamic team, while enjoying the challenges of a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
