Career growth and developmentJoin an award-winning hospitality groupHourly wage $31.33-$32.35 (Mon-Fri) depending on experienceThe Role Shake up the innovative Italian inspired cocktails on our list, and of course know all the classics.Have your own input into our weekly cocktail specials.Recommend and serve wines from our extensive list of Australian and Italian wines, including special wines from Matt's cellar.Make a variety of espresso coffees – latte art a big plus.20-30 hours per week on offer, but a full time position may be available in the future.About You 6 months+ experience in a busy high-end cocktail bar.Barista experience is ideal.A passion for making innovative cocktails.Good knowledge of local and Italian wines – additional training available.Thrive in a fast-paced environment.Well presented with excellent inter-personal skills.A passion for the hospitality industry.Valid RSA (competency card).Valid Australian Working Rights.To apply online, please click on the appropriate link below.
