Optimum Health Solutions has been established for over 19 years and operates 12 multidiscipline Allied Health facilities with over 200 team members across 3 states.
What's On Offer A role that allows you to make a huge positive difference in the lives of people living with a disability.A supportive and collaborative OT and Multi-Disciplinary team within clinic.A highly knowledgeable and experienced team of co-workers across 12 state-of-the-art multidisciplinary clinics in NSW, TAS & QLD.Assessment, Therapeutic and rehabilitative interventions, in purpose-built facilities including motor development rooms, sensory rooms, full rehabilitation gyms, rock climbing walls, hydrotherapy pools, sensory swings and purpose-built pediatric spaces.Your opportunity to join one of Australia's leading and influential Allied Health companies, who can offer you the necessary support to be successful in your role as an OT.About the Role With a strong NDIS focus, you will have the opportunity to tailor the role towards an assessment or therapy-based mixed caseload including Adult and/or Paediatric clients.
Our services include:
Functional / Activities of Daily Living Assessments and Support Needs recommendations.Assistive Technology Assessments for people with simple and complex needs and the opportunity to expand your skills/expertise.Fine Motor and Gross Motor therapy.Housing needs Assessments including SIL /SDA or ILO accommodation options.1:1 Therapy - evidence based and goal orientated interventions.24-Hour seating and positioning assessment and implementation of recommendations.Adult Therapy (including group or 1:1 sessions).Manual Handling Assessments and Training.Developmental Milestone Assessments for early intervention (0-5) and / or school aged (5-12) children (if you desire a paediatric caseload).Sensory Assessments and Interventions.Emotional Regulation and Behavioural strategies working with Parents / Carers / Teachers (in-clinic, homes and schools).About You Our professional OT team has a genuine passion for assisting people live life to the fullest.
